What's new in Courtlines

A running log of what we've shipped — mostly AI features that do work your front desk used to do by hand.

New

MCP connector — plug your club into Claude, Cursor, or any AI agent

Clubs on Enterprise can now hand an AI agent a scoped API key and let it query booking, revenue, and customer data directly over the Model Context Protocol. Read-only safe views by default, with one write tool for booking inquiries — nothing else the agent can touch.

New

Courtlines is now a native app

iOS and Android apps are live, built on the same booking + payments backend as the web app — sign in, book a court, pay, and get push notifications for reminders and program updates.

June 2026

Nightly AI business advisor

Every night the advisor reads the last 30 days of revenue, membership, court fill-rate, and refund data and hands you three ranked recommendations each morning — each with a dollar-impact estimate and a confidence score, right in the admin dashboard.

AI campaign composer writes in your club’s voice

Draft marketing emails and texts that actually sound like you sent them. The composer learns from your club’s own past sends — a tone corpus, not a generic template — so drafts need less editing before they go out.

May 2026

Support messages, auto-sorted by topic

Inbound support messages now get automatically bucketed by topic — billing, bookings, coaching, and more — so staff can see the pattern in what members are asking about without tagging every message by hand.

One-click AI program and event descriptions

Type a title and a skill range, and Claude drafts the listing copy for you. Staff can post a new clinic or event in seconds instead of staring at a blank text box.
