For pickleball clubs

Built on the club that runs on it every day.

Courtlines is the system behind Pickleland — court grid, memberships, open play, clinics, ladders, and the nightly AI advisor, all sharing one member record. What you see here isn't a demo environment; it's the same platform running a real club, seven days a week.

Sound familiar?

One system, six modules, one ledger.

Booking

A grid that can’t double-book

Peak/off-peak pricing, maintenance holds, per-court session lengths, and a Postgres constraint that makes double-booking a court structurally impossible — not just unlikely.

Memberships

Plans, packs, and dues on one record

Monthly plans, prepaid session packs, and drop-in credits sit on one member record with a card on file. Balances decrement as courts get booked, renewals run through Stripe, and failed cards get chased by dunning.

Programs

Open play, clinics, and ladders

Sort sections by level so beginners aren’t rallying with 4.5s. Waitlists convert to new sections automatically instead of just sitting there.

Point of sale

Paddles and court time, one ledger

Demo paddles, balls, and pro-shop stock charge to the same member account as court fees — one revenue number, not a separate POS export to reconcile.

Campaigns

Fill the Thursday ladder without a mail-merge

Describe the send, the AI drafts it in your club’s voice and segments by rating and play frequency — you approve before it ships.

AI advisor

Court utilization, read every night

Three ranked moves with dollar estimates, waiting in the GM inbox every morning — which courts are underused, which members are drifting, what to run next.

Questions worth asking

Can program eligibility be driven by player level?+

Yes — programs carry level ranges and registration checks them, so a beginners’ clinic doesn’t fill with 4.5s. Sync with an external rating provider is built but stays dark until that provider issues production keys, so today the levels are the ones you keep in Courtlines.

Can we run open play and clinics on the same court grid as regular bookings?+

Yes. Open play, clinics, and ladders all draw from the same court inventory as member bookings, so there’s one grid to look at, not three.

Do you support waitlists for open play and clinics?+

Yes — when a member cancels, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified, so your front desk isn’t working the phone to fill the spot before the session starts.

Can you import our existing member list from CourtReserve or PlayByPoint?+

Yes — a CSV import wizard maps your export’s columns to member records and validates every row before anything commits, built specifically for clubs migrating off a spreadsheet or another booking platform.

Do you have a mobile app for members?+

Yes — an iOS and Android app members use to book courts, see upcoming reservations, and browse open play, clinics, and ladders.

What does it cost?+

See /pricing for current plans. Every plan includes booking, memberships, programs, point of sale, campaigns, and the AI advisor — no module is gated behind a higher tier.
