These Terms govern your use of Courtlines ("Courtlines," "we," "us"). By creating an account or booking a court, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Junior members under 18 must have a parent account on file. Provide accurate info; keep your password safe; tell us if your account is compromised.

Bookings + Payments

Court bookings are confirmed on successful payment. Card charges are processed by Stripe. Pricing shown at checkout is final — we may apply taxes or fees where legally required.

Cancellations + Refunds

Free cancel ≥ 24 hours before start. 24h–2h: 50% wallet credit. Under 2 hours or no-show: non-refundable. See the FAQ for full details.

Waivers

Every member signs a liability waiver before playing. The waiver covers injury risk inherent to racket sports. Junior members' parent account signs on their behalf.

Content + Conduct

Don't abuse other members. Don't attempt to break, probe, or reverse-engineer Courtlines. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes get emailed at least 30 days before taking effect.
